Shipping
We only ship within the USA. Shipping cost is calculated by Big Cartel - if there is a difference of $2+ you will be refunded to your original form of payment.

 

What is your turnaround time (TAT)?
Our standard is 1-2 weeks, however if the current TAT is different it will be listed on the homepage.

 

Do you offer local pick-up or delivery?

Please reach out to me prior to placing an order if you would like to coordinate a local delivery or pick-up.

CANDLES

 

What kind of wax do you use to make your candles?

We use a blend of coconut and soy wax made in the USA.

 

What kind of wicks do you use?

Zinc and lead free cotton.

 

How long do your candles last?

Approximately 40-50 hours burn time.

 

How do I care for my candle?

Always trim your wick to 1/4" prior to burning.Allow wax to melt across top of candle to sides of container with each burn to avoid tunneling. Do not burn candle for more than 3-4 hours at a time. If you notice your flame is large or throwing black smoke, extinguish, trim the wick, and relight. Extinguish and discontinue use of candle when 1/2" wax remains. Keep candle away from fans, children and pets. Never leave lit candle unattended.

 

 

WAX MELTS

 

What kind of wax do you use to make your wax melts?

We use a blend of soy and paraffin wax.

 

How do I use wax melts?

Simply break off a cube or two from your clamshell, and pop it into the dish of your wax melter. Once fully melted, your room with be filled with scent.

 

How do I store wax melts?
Wax is best stored in a cool dark place to ensure it stays fresh over time. 

 

What is 'cure time'?
Wax melts are like fine wine - they get better with age. 'Curing' is simply letting the wax sit before use. Our wax is shipped fully cured, however if a certain scent seems light when melted, you can set aside remainder cure for another few weeks for a stronger throw.

 

What kind of warmer is best to melt your wax melts?

Our wax melts work in all types of warmers, including Scentsy, but we recommend 20 watt or higher hot plate warmers, which is what we use to test our melts.
